Color O.O (Contra Homepage)

As a challenge, I'm taking on a huge personal challenge in web design: making a complete website myself ... with color :crazy:

Seriously, if you've ever seen my main site (or my sig, or my avatar, or pretty much everything else I've made online), you know how big of a step this is for me ;D

So, what do you think? Whipped it out in 30 minutes, and it's my second website layout ever.

But it's in mostly black and white...
Looks nice, though.

Also, may I ask which hosting service you use?

More color than I've ever used before XD

I use 000webhost, as always. It's free and fast but kinda unstable (I've already had the database crash for two whole days, and I've personally made the main server crash >.>).

I suck at web design x.x so I usually use someone else's stuff.  MojoPortal is a good open source one.

My main site (not this one but the root /) was actually based on a theme, but since I started using HTML/CSS myself I've edited it so much that it's now almost completely different from that theme.

EDIT: Added a Discuss tab.

wow, that looks pretty nice.  I got bored and I enjoyed translating part of that text from Latin.  :P

oh, one more thing, I'm going to try to set a up a google apps thing for this, I'll PM you with info later.  ;)

I'm not allowed to edit CNAME or A records, unfortunately. I think that's what Google Apps relies on.

Looks good, you don't want the colors to overload the user and yours dont. It's nice and organized. Nicely done for a personal site.

I like it, but for progress bars you should have the rest of the bars on black background I think. I think the site fits well the game type by the way.

What do you mean? Having the remainder of the bar (not filled in) be black? I can do that.

I think co.cc supports it.  Although hosting on co.cc is REALLY slow.  :P
